Clinical studies demonstrate the efficacy of GLIZIGEN in the treatment of infections from herpes simplex and human papilloma viruses.
The antiviral activity of GLIZIGEN against HSV-1 and 2was investigated in an international multicentre study carried out by DR Hana Zelenková and collaborators, presented at the Congress of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology in 2003. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of GLIZIGEN in over 98% of the treated cases.
In the same way, in September 2003, the antiviral activity of GLIZIGEN against HPV was investigated in the Gyneacology Department (Cervical Pathology Clinic) of the Dominican Women´s Hospital, by Dr. Isaías Ortiz Vidal and his team, and in the Dysplasia Detection and Treatment Clinic of the University of Guadalajara-Mexico, by DR. José Ángel Espinoza de los Monteros and his team.
Both studies assessed the effectiveness of locally administration of GLIZIGEN spray in patients infected by HPV, detected by exfoliative and confirmed by a histopathological report.
Both studies demonstrated the high effectiveness (above 93%) of GLIZIGEN in HPV negativization, with an excellent tolerance and no side effects.
